Crystal Palace have now tabled an offer worth £72,500 per week to sign an “outstanding” ace on a free transfer this summer, according to a recent report.
Oliver Glasner’s Crystal Palace future in doubt
It emerged earlier this week that Marco Rose is set to leave RB Leipzig at the end of the 2024/25 season, meaning the German giants will be looking for a new manager to take over. Stuttgart’s Sebastian Hoeneß is said to be considered one of the top contenders for the role, but Oliver Glanser is also in the running.
What Sky in Germany are now saying about Glasner's Crystal Palace future
Crystal Palace could have a fight on their hands to keep hold of their manager.

According to Florian Plettenberg, Leipzig have made Glasner a potential target to replace Rose. The plan is for Rose to leave at the end of the season, but his exit could be confirmed sooner depending on results, and Glasner has been placed on a three-man shortlist by Red Bull‘s Global Head of Soccer, Jürgen Klopp.
The Austrian has been in charge at Selhurst Park for over 12 months now, guiding Palace to safety last season, and while this campaign started off poorly, he has the chance to guide the South Londoners to a top 10 finish as well as a serious FA Cup charge. The 50-year-old is under contract until the end of next season, so Palace will be hoping they can secure his long-term future ahead of Leipzig making a potential move.
Crystal Palace offer summer contract to Osayi-Samuel
But while Glasner’s future is up in the air, the Eagles are already putting plans in place for next season, as according to Africa Foot, Crystal Palace are progressing in talks to sign Bright Osayi-Samuel on a free transfer.
The report states that Osayi-Samuel is set to leave Fenerbahçe at the end of the season, after talks over a new deal broke down between the two parties. The disagreement over a new deal have been based around salary.
The 27-year-old has now opened talks with Palace over a move to the Premier League, and they have offered him a four-year deal with an annual salary of 4.5 million euros, which is roughly £72,500 a week.
It is stated that Palace are showing a real interest in signing Osayi-Samuel, and the player is also interested in a move to Selhurst Park if Fenerbahçe decide to end negotiations over a new contract.

Osayi-Samuel, who plays predominantly as a right-back but can also play further forward, would be a welcome arrival, as Palace do have Daniel Munoz, but Nathaniel Clyne and Joel Ward have had their own injury problems. Osayi-Samuel, who has been dubbed “outstanding” by Mark Warburton in the past, would bring speed, experience and versatility to Glasner’s Palace side for next season.
